This is a topic to discuss my upcoming cycle and gauge interest in a log. I'm not going to really go into my cycle history - I know what I'm doing and have used all of the above compounds except for dbol, along with many other compounds along the way.
I am not yet ready to start this cycle, I just had bloodwork done and my liver values are elevated due to Rx pain meds (75 and 99) - I am tapering and stopping use over the next week (haven't been on them but 6 weeks or so) and using TUDCA at 1500mg/day for the next 2-3 weeks then getting bloods done again. If values are in range, I will start the cycle.
Stats: 32 years old, 6', 180lbs, 8.5-9%bf. I expect I will probably be same weight and closer to 8%bf when I start the cycle. Currently on 250mg/week test as prescribed for TRT.
Goals: 200lbs at 10%bf. 315 max bench (current 240) 405 Deadlift (320) 335 Squat (275)
Diet: 5000 calories minimum, 400g protein a day. My metabolism is incredibly high - I eat every two hours and eat a total of at least 4500 calories every day off cycle and I do not gain fat. Nor do I do any cardio. Zero. Zilch. Nada. And yet, I seem to be continually leaning out. Not a bad problem to have, I suppose.
Training: Heavy as fuck. Mostly compound lifts at 80-90% of 1RM in the 2-4 rep range. Secondary lifts 4x6 @ 60%. I do not gain weight or make significant progress unless I lift as heavy as possible.
Cycle:
Week 1-16: Test E 400mg
Week 1-16: Deca 300mg
Week 1-16: Tren E 300mg
Week 1-6: Dbol 50mg ED
Week 13-16: SD 20mg
0.25mg Adex EOD. 50mg Proviron ED. Caber on hand, but I doubt I need it.
I'm using lower doses than most people would typically advise because I'm going to run this blast for 16 weeks and doubt I could handle the sides for that long at higher dosages.
I'm really looking forward to comparing dbol and SD. never ran dbol before so I'm pretty stoked.
No pct because I'm on TRT. 250mg/week. Pics will be posted Day 1. Who's in?
