Hey guys Im new to this board, not very new to gear. Just wanted to post this upcoming cycle and open it up for criticism and suggestions. This will be my fifth cycle. Current stats are 195lbs, 14% bodyfat. before anyone says anything about 4 cycles under my belt and only 195 let me say that i train brazilian jiu jitsu pretty heavily and I have a hard time keeping the muscle on between cycles. Former fat kid, dropped down to 160 ish and working my way back up but with muscle instead of fat lol.

Ok so here goes.

1-4 Test prop 100mg EOD
1-6 Dbol 50mg per day
1-12 EQ 600mg per week
1-14 Test E 750 mg per week
10-16 Var 50mg per day
17-21 Nolva 40/40/20/20

debating running hcg 500mg/week from week 8-16. any thoughts?

I have run hcg for all of my previous cycles and recovered well but I was running Tren on 2 of them so I figured I def needed it. Not too sure for this one. maybe yes considering the length.

I have liquidex on hand in case i need it. Also running liver support supps.

My Goal is to gain mass with minimal fat gain. Im prepared for the initial bloat with the dbol kickstart, but after that I wanted to keep it mean and lean with var at the end to solidify a little.

Open to comments, questions, criticisms.
 
I would say yes to hcg and im not sure I would run the dbol for 6 weeks- prop should start to kick in @ 3 weeks so maybe give your liver a break and run it for 4. I also prefer clomid pct w nolva. looks good though... aggressive.
