Does it hurt? If not, it most likely is nothing to worry about.
Is it red, painful and swollen? It may be an abcess but I doubt it because you said the bump was hard and abcesses are generally tender.
If it hurts a bit, wait until tmorrow morning and if it still hurts, see a doctor. If it hurts a lot, and I mean a lot, go to the emergency room tonight.
If anyone asks how you managed to jab something sharp into your butt, tell them you sat on a couch where someone left a sewing needle and it jabbed deep into your ass.

Know it's got nothing to do with that. As I suspected, the bolus (the fluid in the injection) is sitting underneath the skin instead of dispersing like most shots. It will go away by itself in a few days. If you want to help it move, put a hot compress on it and massage it. Deep knee bends would also probably help.
Bro', you need to calm down and stop panicking. This is fairly common. You're in virtually no danger. Take a valium and go to sleep.

I've had several of my enanthate shots swell, and stay faily hard for 3-10 days. I use the delts for both cyp and enanthate, it's fairly common with enanthate for me, not at all with cyp.
As I was told, just rub it away, the more you rub it,the more it breaks up and has a better chance of reducing.

That happens alot when users fail to get the oil into the muscle. The oil will bind to the fat and can stay for many, many months.

so you are saying that if you shot, say 1ml of enanthate subQ , you would have a depot remaining for several months? doubt it. getting a hard or swollen injection site is just one of those prices you pay for sticking needles into your body. sometimes it happens. as long as you used good sterile technique there shoudl be no worry, take some otc painkillers and get a good nights sleep, it shuld be better in a day or two. It is when it gets red, swollen, and you run a fever that you should worry.
