Urgentt!!!

i'm 17 years old and ii've been training for about a year now and wanted to ask a few question about nutrition. i want to build muscle but also lose fat at the same time? would the best sort of nutrition be high protein, low carb, low fat in additon to cardio? bascialy jus try to eat every bit of protein i can?

also, should i be going for the 6 meals a day or jus eat 3 time a day like a regular person. i asked ronnie coleman (i kno amazing!) and he said eating 3 meals would work at my age. pro bodybuilders are older an dhave to force thier growth.

ANY SUGGESTIONS GR8LY APPREC8ED!! THANK U :D

take it from someone who has lifted heavy all my life. don't start off lifting heavy. you are too young to push your joints to extreme. go with moderate weight. do a lot of cardio. and eat like horse. and lift hard and you will be good. i think eating 6 times a day would be good idea. just eat clean. it is hard to turn fat into muscle so to speak. you will need to burn fat on then build muscle. or big muscle and burn fat off. you are in your prime now. just be very careful and not to get injury. and do a lot of research. that is my advise to you. good luck
