Is it my imagination or does the Test P look like the Test E??

you are not getting any results under UV until you use 365 nm
look at the pictures on labmax site, there is small difference under UV
also
the initial color for test P is olive green, for test e orange look at the color coding in the table

I had the same consistency testing Test Prop from Spetz.

he is not using the right UV light so hard to say if he has anything there.

When I performed the test from LabMax the color was Kryptonite-Olive Blue-Greenish.

yes this is the right UV light and you had good results, blue - greenish
he has some light which was not even UV but some blue light over 400 nm which does not work
