Using Orals for pre-workout

does anyone ever use orals as a preworkout. Not talking about cycling orals for weeks at a time and taking a dose prior to workout. I am talking about cruising on test or whatever you guys cruise on, and occasionally throwing in Anadrol or some other oral in-order to get more out of the workout. Maybe 3 days a week at most. I hate how pre-workout makes me feel. It’s a foggy head feeling and personally have used quite a few and get the same feeling. I do fine on caffeine, like to take ephedrine on cardio days. However, I do like the pump I get from preworkout, and have used citrulline and arginine by themselves. Not sure if it the beta alinine or what but that light headedness had made pre workouts a no go. So looking to an alternative, that would have more benefit.
So was wondering if anyone had done this. Thought I would open it up for discussion to hear your guys thoughts and experiences Obviously, I know gains are not gonna be anywhere near a cycle if If that was a concern I would just end my cruise do one. Cheers.

Honestly the best boost I ever got taking something PWO was just water, 2 tablespoons of baking soda, an aspirin, and four grams of straight Arganine powder. Chased that with one of the lower dose Rockstar teas I think.

Doing that for one or even a couple of days a week would practically accomplish nothing.

Maybe your workouts would improve, but that would be the placebo effect.

Save your money, or invest it in coffee/caffeine.

Depends on what your goals are. Power lifters often take up to 50mg halo or Var preworkout days. Overall power lifters use more orals than others do.

A lot of guys overdue the water thing, washing out electrolytes. Sodium keeps the muscle plumped up, along with water, that's why I have a large V-8 PWO, high in sodium/potassium. I pump nicely on it.There are some very good articles on the value of sodium and WO on the internet.

It's pretty crazy, a lot better than 9/10 of these pump supps.

I add 1,5g to my pre workout meal and damn, everything fills out quick

So you are saying that I would accomplish nothing by using an oral specifically as a preworkout, no strength increase???

If I added anymore caffeine into my diet, I would literally need to carry an IV bag around.

I have heard great things about Nandrolone base as a preworkout,
Does anyone have any experience with it. I hear that the strength and feeling of it are almost godlike, the only thing The makes me hesitate is I heard the PIP from it is unbearable, which if that’s the case it would be counterproductive. I have a bunch of anadrol so this is why the thought of using it as a preworkout might be good. I also have a ton of Winstrol I was hoping to find someone that would be interested in trading some sdrol for my winny 50mg caps that I have. Winny drys our my joints to bad now. Great compound but if I use it again I will probably stick with the inject so I can dose it lower.

Let me just get this straight, are we talking about adding an oral preworkout everyday, for an extended period of time, or sporadically?

Because if it’s the former, you already know the answer is yes, obviously.

Now if we are talking about taking 30 mg of superdrol on leg day once or twice a week, that will literally do jack fucking squat for you.

Orals take several days to peak, maybe up to a week.

If taking orals once or twice a week only, on lagging body part days or harder workouts worked, everyone and their mother would be doing it.

If you are feeling so down, maybe take a look at other factors, like diet and rest.

If these things are in check, maybe lower your training volume for a time.

If you have been cruising for a long time, maybe it’s time to blast again...

I am a trainer at golds, my diet and workouts are pretty on point but thanks for your concern. so why would it be pointless to take something that could increase your strength and give you extra push in the gym on days of a lagging body part. If it gives you the extra strength and push it seems like it would be beneficial. Other wise there wouldn’t be a desire for compounds like TNE/sdrol or others like it.

Hey bro, you seem like you are looking for confrontation so that cool, there always someone like you that isn’t looking for a discussion. I was interested in hearing guys experiences and which compounds they prefer to use as a preworkout. I explained my situation, now you are trying to judge me. Which is laughable if you don’t want to be part of a the discussion fuck off
