Hey bros! Anyone know of a site or have instructions for using base powders? I've got the general idea, but I want something as specific as possible and what tools are necessary to maintain a certain level of sterility. Thanks!

No way. I have never had a powder siezure and there are a lot of powder sources who have sent tons without a siezure. If its packed right your chances are great.
