Vacuum filtration device

What bothers me is the part which connects top and bottom flask and on which you put the membrane. The problem I see is that membrane is put on some sort of porous, solid crystalic "stone". Oil first runs through the membrane, gets sterile and the runs through the pores of that stone. I see why this is so - the membrane needs a support so it does not get sucked into bottle, but how do I make sure the porous stone is sterile enough so it does not compromise oil

You autoclave the stone. You cannot do large media vessel and vacuum pump without an autoclave.

Also remember to change out your filter disk around every 1000ml.

Where can you find one like this? I can't seem to see any.

Don't get that setup. Pain in the ass to clean (if it ever even gets properly clean) and sterilize. Another thing is that the filterpapers aren't sterilized and another thing is that unfiltered oil can leak from underneath the papers.
