Go to a quality grocery store and pick up some varieties of seasoned hummus. You can dip any and every kind of vegetable, raw or not, into a good tub of hummus and it'll be most pleasing to your palate. That's how I eat my vegetables and I have no problems getting my daily amount of veggies, even when they are less than perfectly fresh.

You might also try lightly steaming them (you can simply throw them in your rice cooker when you prepare your rice) with some lemon and pepper, garlic, Mrs. Dash, or whatever suits you.

Lastly, throw them bastards into a juicer or food processor, mix the juice and some of the pulp with Greek yogurt and flax seed, and you've got a true power smoothie at a fraction of the cost of a Jamba Juice.

Yam in the skin still with peanut butter on it!! I do it after a heavy ass leg day to replenish glycogen and good recovery with the fats too!!! Fucking bomb bro.

Honey sriracha brussel sprouts are my favorite...

Roasted vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic never get old for me really.

I eat around a pound of chard, spinach, kale mix every week - I just change up the dressings I use. Oil and vinegar is the usual though.
