Vials storage, rubber stopper and benzyl benzoate

Hey guys. Couldn't find anything talking about storing vials and if the benzyl benzoate could damage the rubber stopper or somehow dissolve it and contaminate the oil.

In simple terms, I would like to know if there are any concerns regarding storing vials laying down instead of laying it upside.

Anyone knows if it's a concern or is it gtg?
Appreciate it, thanks!

Always store upright.

BB/BA are not notorious for dissolving rubber, but they are organic solvents so who knows. Long term storage should be upright.

If the brew has other solvent's aka supersolvents like mig840/guaiacol/EO and the likes you should definitely avoid long term contact with the rubber stopper

I try to store it upright. I have never noticed any problems when it was laying on the side while I was traveling. Same as preloaded insulin syringes, never had any issues. Maybe my stuff is good then.

Store upright. I've had stoppers go soft after multi years when they are laying on their side. Not a huge issue as I hadn't stuck a needle through them, just decap, replace stopper and recap.
