Salutations MESO! Never done a log here or anywhere else before but I happen to have a lot of free time, for the first time in a long time, so I'm going to try to look like a giant human boner, and I'd like to take you with me on my journey.

Just came off of a quick DNP cycle and will be looking to finish off the cut with Some UGL products as well as others. I will be following a strict modified Keto diet with Higher protein (1.5g/lb), fat as needed (.5-1.5g/lb), and no direct carbs.

Cycle: 20 weeks

Anabolics
1-20 Test E 250mg EW (UGL)
1-20 Mast E 200mg EOD (UGL)
1-8 Winstrol 50mg ED (UGL)
1-8 Anavar 50mg ED (UGL)
1-20 Proviron 50mg ED (Bayer)
16-20 Halotestin 20-40mg ED (to be determined)

Ancillaries/Dietary/Fat Burners:
T3 25mcg/day (taper up as needed) (Tiromel)
Clen 20mcg pre cardio (taper up as needed) (Alpha Pharma had for years)
Adex .5 mg E3D (Anastozole)
Cialis 20 mg ED (UGL)

That's the basic plan thus far I may however, as many of us do, decide to throw in random things at some point because I get bored and or hit sticking spots/change my mind.

For those who want to know, I do my cardio fasted in the AM, the stairs are my preferred torture device, and my training is mostly bodybuilding isolation movements nothing out of the ordinary however I will keep you guys up to dat eon training as well as diet.

stats:
6' 1"
220 lbs
bf about 8-10% atm

Some recent pictures of myself which I will update as well along with progress.

Hopefully this serves as some entertainment for some of you guys as well as an opportunity for myself and others to learn and grow in this great sport and lifestyle. Be well!

Been a couple of days now, already seeing the orals doing their job which is good news. one of the benefits to already being somewhat lean. Keto diet is also already starting to kick in, I've hit the depleted stage but not quite in full blown ketosis yet so energy is down and aside from during workouts staying pretty flat. Var and winny are definitely helping keep the pumps up however. I've been hitting the cardio in the mornings and am actually trying something new in terms of cardio and training. I've been doing cardio pre workout to ensure I deplete as quickly as possible, although everyone says not to I have to say it is actually kind of nice. By the time I finish cardio I'm well warmed up and ready to dive headfirst into whatever I'm training, I think its the most efficient way I have yet to implement cardio. In addition I do my cardio on the stairs and basically try to do calf raises the entire 30 min which is absolutely ridiculous but I have found this is one of the best ways to grow calves, and why not use the time to build as well as but fat, I follow this with calf raises on a upright seated leg press machine after every cardio session as well, I just want gnarly claves.

Wednesday I trained arms post cardio in the AM. I have also adapted my training in a way I hope will also increase overall caloric expenditure and hopefully help add vascularity and definition. LOTS of volume and am doing drops sets for all of my working sets to failure which despite the lack of calories and carbs is keeping the pumps pretty solid. Its funny to see the difference between flat pre workout and pumped post pretty drastic. Arms was as follows.

Machine preacher curl (single arm)
5x drop set-failure

Dips
5x Failure

Hammer curls 90 deg hold with non lifting arm
3x failure 35lb

Close grip bench
135x failure (too many to count)
225x failure (around 17 not great at counting)
315x failure (7 reps)
315x failure (4 reps)

arm finisher
As many sets as possible: I did 6 I believe
21's- flat curl bar with 10's on either side, 7 reps with upper half of the range of motion, 7 reps with lower half, 7 full range.
Superset with bodyweight sort of skull crushers, using the smith machine, just put the bar at around knee height and do a standing bw skull crusher to failure move bar up smith machine one rung at a time until you feel adequately punished, actual reps- who knows.

I'll start by saying, nice work! You look great. How old are you? Seems you are in incredible shape. The clen and T3 just worries me, I feel like the things those do can be achieved by diet, but that's not really my choice :)

Have a good one.

Thanks brother, 27 at the moment. Yea I usually wouldn't have thrown those in at this stage its early but I'm already pretty lean so I look about how I would when I would normally include them, not a huge fan of either myself, but they work as advertised. I try to keep dosages of both fairly low T3 especially, I think its very overused, the point for me is really just to keep my metabolism at a heightened normal state as mine tends to dip fairly easily and have seen this on bloodwork. I would and have used T4 but for whatever reason I don't respond to it well at all, and I have seen this on bloodwork as well even with pharmaceutical T4. The clen never really goes above 40 mcg pre cardio, when that begins to stop working I just take a couple weeks off. You're 100% correct though diet is king.

I like to keep everything low, as far as gear. Good to see others do too.

As long as you are on your blood work that is that is the important part. Keep up the great work man!

Lookin good brah. Shredded as fk. Going into a cutter soon my self. Curious how this is going to work out for you with those doses. Keep posting update. Good luck.
