Thanks for the kind words, dude. Wrestled in HS and College. Now bodybuilding. Squats are tough, between knees, hips, and low back. Don't do much over 405 for reps buried. Never one rep max anything, but I'm sitting around 315x8 incline and 285x10 for seated military. On good days. .
