w/o before breakfast?

I have read so many different theories about w/o cardio in the morning before you 1st meal. Can anyone tell me from personal experience? I have just been diagnosed w/ hypothyroidism (2 weeks ago) just started taking t3 and t4 and went to mexico and bought clen...had good results last time w/ clen... gained 25lbs in two months...female 5'6 137...used to being a lean 115-120....this is killing me. I am takiing the big step the 2nt weekend in March so... not a lot of time Please help!! also should I do cardio everyday? I am willing to do anything!! right now i train about 4 times a week cardio about 3 and weights about 2-3...but my system needs a good shock!!

I am confused when you say you "had good results with clen...I gained 25lbs. in 2 months..." Aren't you supposed to lose weight while on clen and t-3??
 
Whats a point asking same question 3 times? You aksed twice in women's section and now here. By the way I aswered it there twice.
Maybe somebody else can do better and you will listen.

thats how I do my cardio. I just completed week two and i'm starting to get ripped. Just make sure you get plenty protein throughout the day.
 
Need more facts

First off,I don't think 137 lbs at 5'6 sounds bad at all.You could do cardio everyday, I know for me personally if I was only working out 4 times a week I would not be able to stay very lean.I would suggest you drink a protien drink before your morning cardio.your diet is just as,if not more important than your training.Drink alot of water and keep your sodium and sugar intake low and I,m sure you'll get where you want to be,your goals are very obtainable............
