Din't I answer this question already? Why do you want an easy way out? And whats wrong with doing cardio every day? You have something like 3 weeks. Yes you need to bust your ass in the gym. And yes cardio before breakfast is essential, because your glycogen levels are low so your body will use fat for fuel.
And like I said in your previous question, your diet is WRONG! Please read it again. I am trying to help you, but it seems like you not paying attention.

yes do an hour of cardio before u eat in the morning 6 days a week...then do wieghts at night...u will see results in 3 weeks that way...but keep that up and u will look the way u always wanted in like 4 months...depending on your diet

Try adding Caffeine and ephedrine in 10:1 Ratio

Avoid all other diurectics and cycle off the clen as well

And I do agree that cardio on an empty stomach in the morn. is a good idea with night resistance training.

Also watch carb intake and overall calorie intake

I have read studies disproving this also. It sounds great and very plausible but might be overrated in reality

Im not in 100% agreement with fasted cardio. It ultimately doesnt matter.

cardio

i do my cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, 20-30 minutes, than some abs and push-ups. i wait an hour after to eat breakfast. so, fast, exercise, then wait to eat, that will make your body "eat" is reserves. don't go longer than one hour. then fat loss becomes less effective
hope this helps

The reason it doesnt matter is because it really makes no difference whether you use glycogen or fat for fuel during cardio. The only thing that matters for aerobic activity is number of calories burned.

BTW, jst, you would be better off eating sooner than an hour after cardio. There is almost no continued calorie burning once you finish your session.
