You guys all sound like you know what your talking about I need help! I wont to get cut up ! My weight is 206 I stand 5'11" and if I used the body fat% counter wright I have 10% bf%. I go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week and lift, I do cardio once in a while!I know I need to do it more and i'm planning on it, I mountain bike ride when the weather not shitty!But what I want to know is what I should take in a cycle?
