was sent the wrong vials and im pissed

bought some pre sterilized vials turns out they are not sterilized they are caps and vials so i have to sterlize it myself so fuck aliexpress for false advertising.

question is how can i go about doing this as economically as possible this is my first brew and i have a pressure cooker, i have alcohol and a still airbox gloves and masks can i sorta stick it in the pressure cooker after a good rise with distilled water and soap and another rise then 15 psi it for 20 mins then let it dry in my still air box and cap? any advice? i really need to get this made today as i waited months to get this all together, running out of my gear.

If not that, there is lots of posts about this, just use the search box and find something that can work with what you've got.
