Hey all. I know enough to drink a lot of water, especially on-cycle. But flat water bores me. I like the bubbles in soda water or Perrier. So, basically, except to make my coffee, bubbly water is all I drink. During workouts, frankly I enjoy the burps carbonated water causes because I seem to get an energy lift from them. (All in the mind, of course, but so what?)
Is there any reason not to drink all my my water in the form of Perrier or soda water?
