LOL. You should do a search on a proper diet for your goals. There is a lot of info out there. If you have any questions about fine tuning your diet, ask it and people will help. But it looks like you have to learn first hand by reading what a good diet consists of. You will learn as time goes on.


Also ditch the cold-cuts bro. They have more sodium than they do protein. Buy your own turkey breasts, and red meat. Carbs are good for you!!
 
well heres a final update sorry i'm terrible at this posting stuff... but i changed my diet 100%, i added a supliemnt and started eating steak in the morning with eggs, chicken for lunch, chicken or steak for dinner and then a night meal of usually roast beef or another meet... over all i take in a minimum of 200grams of protein aday. atleast 100 of them from real food. I completely blew by where i was stuck at 155 and i am up to 225 now. Thanks everyone for your help it was all in my diet... i took a week off and at like a pig now i couldn't be happier.

Of course you do Benchpresses at the beginning of your work out.
You could try this for awhile I found it puts my max weight up but don't do it every week.

Stretch
Do 2x6rep warm up
Move up to your next typical weight increase increment
Do 1x6rep
Next weight
1x4 reps
next weight
1x2
Because this is your weak exercise you are probably nearing your max by now
Do 1 or two reps of max weight

Then drop down to your moderate/heavy for drop dead max of ten reps.
You should'nt be struggling to much as you pyarmid up to your max one/two rep.Be sure to stretch in between sets and take a good rest between sets.
Take a week off chest and eat/rest heaps
Don't do this too oftern you will end up with torn pec like me!

Glad to hear you break through bouncer. When I first read your post I knew it had to be one of two thing.. the DIET, as it obviously was.. or a mental block.. mental blocks used to get me good but I finally got rid of those all together..
