Weighing Melted Raws

I'm homebrewing Deca and warming the raws to its melting point ~ 95°F to make it easier to get it out of the bottle. When I pour it out and weigh it in liquid form, is the liquid weight still accurate to measure as the "raw powder"?

Simply put yes. Same as when you weigh out liquid EQ. Curious how did your deca end up in a bottle? I have had deca that has melted in transit before but was always in a bag.

Its a mini special plastic type looking bottle. I think the source knows it sometimes melts in transit so I think the bottle thing makes it easier to get out.

Makes sense. When I have had melted deca I always put it in the freezer to harden it all and then peeled the bag off it but if yours is in a bottle heating it up and getting the liquid out is good. You will just be pissed because you can never get the full amount out same as EQ. Always seems like there is a gram or two left.

Add bb, shake and there you go. No wasting.
