diet reallly is the key...without diet the clen /t3 will have virtually no results

correct u are, except about the t3 you can eat just aabout anything on it but if you really wanna drop weight it will be harder

4 weeks t3
2 weeks clen
2 weeks eca
that a good diet and 30 minutes cardio 4 times a week, you should drop 15-20 in a month easy

what would be the dosages for the t3 ....clen.....and eca?

Weeks 1-4 T3 - 1111222233334444333322221111
Clen week 1-2 12345555555555( am saying 5 max because you said it was for a women right? personally I would owrk it up to 8 a day for 16 days)

eca weeks 3-4 1-2 capsules a day based on your reaction too it, can be like speed if you eat more than 2 a day

diet!! diet!! diet!!! cardio cardio cardio!!!!
even if the cardio is only like 2 15 minute or 1 30 minute session a day, it will make a huge difference, and not just like walking or what I call jalking (jog a few minutes then walk 10)

running, cycling hard, stairclimbers, swimming laps, mix it up to keep it fun, trust me the energy will be there

It's been my experience that most males want to take the "easy" way out (jumping into AAS too soon, slacking on training, diet, cardio, rest, etc). But when it comes to weight loss, women seem to be the ones who go way overboard with taking shortcuts. You see women all the time hammering away at the cardio machines, totally abandoning weight training ("I don't want to get big"), eating like total shit (justifying it b/c "I'm exercising) or dangerously unhealthy, taking extreme measures with diet pills, and expecting miracle results in a matter of days. I don't know if your wife falls into this category or not, and I'm not going to assume anything. But, at 5'6" & 160, it sounds like all she really needs right now is a healthy, balanced diet and some hard work (cardio). Don't get her onto the crutch of fat burners and whatnot, because there first has to be a lifestyle change if this is going to have any permanency. Just my $.02.
