whenever I do rows my lower lat clunks about mid way ? It's discomforting and sometimes causes inflammation . It's grinds if I flare my lat out and in only on the right side..
Hav gotten mris X-rays everything.

Is this something to worry about ?

I had u joint issues a while back. Pain in the ass getting the old one out. Took a fair amount of heat, but I think it was an original out of my 86.
Lol I looked it up it's a car part lol. Srs replys please I've been having this issue for years and it would be nice to fix this problem

Nothing found in the MRI? If you had anything oddly attached or damaged that should have exposed it.

No prior injury?

Interesting, but ultimately I have no clue. It sounds like a strain of some sort. You mentioned it has been nagging for years, indicating it has a start date so to speak. Something must have happened to start this...

I remember stretching my lat then feeling a slight pop, but no disc are slipped or anything.. could this jus be muscle soreness?

Any decrease in range of motion or Flexibility? Swollen/tight in that area? Does it look different in appearance to the left side when resting or when flared out?

Only thing that looks different is my collarbone/ac joint I get mild tightness in it aswell but it's not to bad could this be connected? Right side aswell

If collarbone/AC joint on both sides the same then prolly not connected. Have you had a physcal therapist check you out?
