what am I doing wrong? big bump after MT2 injection

just started injecting MT2, to my belly. The first injection yesterday went well, but today something went wrong with the injection and I ended up with a big long bump next to the injection place. Also, during the injection I felt like some of the liquid I injected was trying to go out of the injection place (is that even possible?). I also feel no side effects what so ever.

What cause this big bump(it actually doesnt really look like bump-more like long and elevated white hypotrophic scar)-: ? I also feel like the MT2 simply wasnt absorbed.

Does anyone know what am I doing wrong? am I injecting too shallow? am I injecting to the wrong place? or in the wrong angle? (I bought a 1/2 inch needle so how can it be that I inject to shallow if the needle is all the way in?) Is the MT2 absorbed anyway-or is there possibility it is not absorbed because I am not injecting correctly? how can you know you actually injected well to subq-and not only under the skin?

please help me)-:

Pinch a chunk of fat on your stomach, jab the needle in, and slowly inject. Really really simple. What is your dosing? How many mcg? At something like 250-500mcg you likely won't feel any sides

yes i take about 200 mcg. I also thought it is simple, but I dont think I do it right after I received this large bump, and after during the injection some of the mt2 fluid that I injected was trying to come out from the injection sight. I was hopping to understand what am I doing wrong(wrong needle/angle/location/too superficial etc).
