This is a situation that doesn't come up often, but to be clear are you saying that a trading and barter forum is out, which I can understand, or it is forbidden for members other than sources to mention they might have extra gear that they don't need.

Too many red flags when new members do this because it's a convenient way to escape public accountability and scrutiny that is a rite of passage for other sources.

There have been instances of sources/dealers masquerading as individuals trying to get rid of extras who fly under the radar sourcing via PM.

It doesn't help the community to blur the distinction between members and sources.

It’s a valid point but I assure you I am masquerading as nobody. I have an invoice from hilmabiocare along with the back and forth correspondence I had with them about my allergy and proposed refund.

My opinion is members selling in the underground should be treated and vetted the same as sources, for those members interested in buying. Very questionable to consider brand new accounts selling, as it's easy to get burned with no prior history here. Still risk involved buying from members, but I'd feel more comfortable buying from well established members over sources, imo.

It's nothing personal. My comments are not directed at you but observations over many years moderating forums where sources find sneaky ways to sell and get away with things that normally would never be allowed.
