With that type of an injury it might not, honestly you have to seriously either change your lifting style, lower the weights and rehab it correctly, I had serious golfers elbow/tennis elbow at the same time and I tried everything and it wasn’t until I changed my complete workout routine, “lowered the weights” and did that for a couple months. Did I get the right kind of relief, it’s very humbling to say the least, there’s also certain exercises that you can do because what you have is a damaged tendon.Up to what point? I’m taking 3mg/day for tennis elbow, and it’s not resolving nearly fast enough.
