What do you guys think about keto/ Akins diet?

And if on gear are you going to gain anything? Or is it still just a good cutting diet?

Done correctly you can get really lean & muscular . But its draining , physically and mentally and you will lose alot of size until you properly re-carb again . But I still do it more or less as carb/calorie cycling and stay around 100 carbs a day . Infact Im doing it now , 175lbs > 1850-2250 cal> 150-200 protein/100-150 carbs a day . Im also cycling on 800-1000mg test/wk and it really helps with the muscle loss as I hardcore diet .

As far as muscle gainz I doubt it , just trying to hold onto what I have while I strip away the fat and run on low calories/carbs.

One of the most if not the most extreme diet. Maybe worthwhile towards the last few weeks of a prep otherwise too difficult and restrictive as lifestyle

Keto and Atkins are two different things. Atkins diet is keto but all keto diets are not Atkins diets.

If you have an intolerance to carbs then keto diets are your best bet. If you like to artificially limit carb macros and/or think carbs are the devilz then keto/Atkins are the diets for you.

I hate all "diets" there are many different things that work but they all work for the same reason you are putting in less then you expend simple as that. I personally enjoy the feeling I have mentally when I eat keto so I enjoy to cut with it because I'm never hungry and I sleep better and have a mind clearity with it and don't get deficit blues. But whether you are in a 500 calorie deficit because you limit our carbs or if you limit fats or whatever a 500 deficit will always lose you the same amount of weight regardless of what you eat to have the deficit.

Find how you enjoy to eat during a cut cause what you enjoy will always be the most successful diet.

Thanks guys! I've been doing this for a few days now and I'm on pretty low carbs max 10-20 and I'm loving it! I feel great last time I cut I lost so much muscle it was crazy I'm still pumped up and am lifting pretty hard. I'm pretty fucking sore now though.. before I never got sore while even on test so this is new to me.
