I'm planning my sommer-cutter right now and have come up whit this:

Week 1-8: 25mg Proviron ED
Week 1-8: 250mg Test E EW
Week 2-8: T3/Clen/ECA Cycle
Week 4-8: 100mg Winstrol ED (IP Tabs)
Week 11-13: Clomid PCT

My stats are: 1.82m, 80kg & BF% 13-14

I would like to gain a few pounds of muscle and drop my BF% to under 10%!
I'll be training a fullbody program 3 times a week and do cardio 4 times a week. Planning a 2400kcal diet 40/40/20.

What do you guys think of all this?
 
you may also want to consider running the winny throughout the entire cycle if your joints can take it. 100mg of the ip is fine, imo. bump the test to 500mg/week. also, some arimi would be good to keep the test bloat down since you will be cutting. yes, even at 500mg, most guys will get the bloat.

I agree up the test, and use either arimidex or femara...YOu need to keep estrogen levels down or its really hard to lose fat...I like using prop for less water retention but thats just me...

Wont the proviron prevent some of the bloat?

never used proviron so i can't really comment. definitely up the test though, don't just consider it....

imho, and some will agree while others will disagree, tapering the t3 is a waste fo time. i've done it both ways and here's what i think. determine what a suitable dose if for you and then use that dose for the duration of your cycle. for example, at 206lbs, i'm taking 50mcg ed while on my current cycle and will be doing so for 10 weeks. no ramping up, no tapering. if you ramp and taper then you'll be taking the effective dose for what, 10 days? not very effective. find the dose that you're comfortable with and use that. to find the dose, if you've never used t3 before, start with 25mcg and up by 25mcg every 2-3 days. you'll be at your effective dose within a week, so less time wasted.

btw, i wouldn't go over 75-100mcg/day because at that point you'll have a real hard time adding any mass as the t3 will burn off some muscle along with the fat. that's why guys always recommend you use t3 along with some type of aas. this way you can prevent some of the 'muscle-burning' effect. if you're around my weight, give or take 10-20 lbs, you may just want to try my dose. and remember, a little t3 goes a long way. good luch and keep us posted about your progress. a lot of guys post their aas results but relatively few post their t3 experiences.
 
I would switch the enanthate with propionate i know it doesnt cause less bloat but its shorter acting and can be discontinued if you have any problems with water retention. If toure going on holiday for example and you shoot 500mg of enanthate 2-3 weeks before and you bloat then youre basically fucked. Add in some arimidex if you can afford 0.5mg ED.
pERSONALLY I WOULDNT BOTHER WITH t3 you dont have a lot of fat to remove about 6-7% AND YOULL LOOK VERY LEAN t3 is more of an extreme measure i know a lot of people wont agree but just my opinion.
The clen and ECA stack combined with a clean diet and cardio will be enough

Did you guys read the whole cycle? I agree with 500mg of Test E per week but he is taking Proviron. You shouldn't have to worry about bloat since you'll have a reduction in circulating estrogen, due to the downregulating of the estrogen receptor. You will also have a decrease in the total water build-up of the body giving its user a much leaner look, and a visual effect of possessing "harder" muscles with more cuts and striations. Like the other methylated DHT compound, drostanolone, mesterolone is particularly potent in achieving this feat.

Arimidex is very expencive here in Denmark, but I can afford 0,5mg ED and maybe that's enough for 500mg test E EW.

I'll stick with test E because I wont to keep it at one injection EW.

I've done Bromo, ECA and Clen for cutting before, so I really wanna try T3.

This is what i've come up with:

1-8 500mg Test E / EW
1-8 1mg Arimidex EOD
2-8 T3/Clen/ECA Cycle (With less tappering of T3 for a longer time with effictive dose, maybe i'll stick with 75mcg ED)
4-8 100mg Winstrol ED
11-13 Clomid PCT

Grizzly: I'm not sure about the converting, but I get it to 210 pounds & 5 foot & 6,6 inches (But really not sure about those international messurements)

PS. Is it possible to do a log on this website or something when i start my cycle?
 
Tren, sorry but I have to disagree with your statement; "mesterolone is particularly potent in achieving this feat."

Personally, and including many other people I'm familiar with, I've never noticed mesterolone to be particularly potent at anything. Basically I think it's a waste of money. If you like it and think it works, that's great and that would go to show we're all going to react to various products a little differently.

Psycho, if arimidex is expensive for you, go with .5mg EOD. At your Test dosage, that's all you should need. More than that is going to be overkill for what you're taking.

Also, 25-50mcg's of T3 should be fine. IMO, considering everything else you're taking, there's no need for more. You did say your goals include adding muscle, right? Think about what you're doing before going to higher dosages.

As for his measurements: 180kg = 176.3 pounds and 1.82 meters = 71.65 inches or almost 6' tall at 5'11.6".

considering he's 13-14% BF, I'd say he's a little chubby but really needs to first put on a lot more muscle before getting too concerned about the BF and doing this type of cutting program.

Alright MaxRep, you've done it now. Me and you behind the school after class. :)

Proviron works great for me, I'm on Drol 100mg ed, Test E 750mg and Deca 500mg per week during this cycle. I'm moving into week 3 with little bloat probably from the drols. I tend to hold very little water with a Test E and Proviron in the same cycle.

That's sort of where I was going with that. Thankfully, the 6'4" part was 4 inches too much or we'd have a serious string bean on our hands.

Honesly, dude, I don't think you're anywhere near ready for steroids. If you made it down to 7%, you'd be about 163lbs or ~74 kilos. You should really wait to add about 40lbs or 18kilos prior to using any juice. IMO

Maybe i'll need to put on some more mass before cutting? But my goal is not to be a Colemann-clone, i'm going for the fitness-look.

I use IP ARI .25mg ED and it works great. Since you have IP winny you should have no problems getting ARI at same price...cLeRks

Comments like this always give me a good laugh. No disrespect my friend but you could put on 40 pounds of pure muscle and lose 10 pounds of fat at which point you will just start to look like an average, small bodybuilder. Still a light-year away from anything remotely resembling Coleman.

Now that I think about it, just to look like a fitness guy, you need to put on 40 pounds of solid muscle and lose 10 pounds of fat. That would put you at 6' tall, 205 pounds and about 7% body fat. That pretty well describes a prototype fitness guy. Now you just need to get there but it will probably take more work, effort and dedication than you would believe.

Again, none of this is meant to be critical of you. Take it in the spirit intended.
