I eat mostly..
Turkey Breast, Chicken Breast, Lean Beef, Tuna/Salmon/Tilapia/MahiMahi/Dolphin, AtLarge Nitrean Protein powder.. 25g protein, 1g carbs, >1g fat..
Turkey and Nitrean are my staples... Turkey is better than chicken, but not as good as beef (but less fatty).. Nitrean is a great protein blend, and like Bob mentioned at 300-400g a day it wont matter much what types you consume...
