What is your schedule? 3 days per week ?

Do you swap out exercises? You should always be trying to add more weight or crank out more reps.... called progressive overload. Assuming you want to add muscle.

What are your training goals? We need some more info here before we can comment too much.

I am sure to help you. as the guys say here, you need more details, about what your goal is, your daily routine, how to eat, the more information the better

7 days per week.

no they stay the same

recomp ATM.

You have like no body fat and are maybe 160lb what are you recomping? 7 days a week... you're gonna die Habib, you need to eat and to bulk. Be sensible.

Furthermore you need to focus less on set numbers and more on pushing yourself to failure. Higher in reps and weight amounts. Switch it up. Especially if you're working out 6+ days a week. Over training doesn't feel that great, you can't do it for much longer than 4-6 weeks.

It seems to me that this is very difficult and the risk of overloading is great or getting injured. I think we need to pay attention to good recovery and nutrition.
