What do you guys train for. i.e strenthg , size, tone, sport. I train for strntgh and size dont give a shit about tone as i have always being a fat bastard and just dont care.
I voted "sport" cause I just lift for the sake of lifting. You know, the way it makes you feel when you have a great work out. The whole day goes better. Plus, there's always the psychological bonus of knowing that you are physically superior to at least 4 out of every 5 people.
