what is the deal wit Long R3 IGF and GH

i mean what are so special about each of these and why do they cost so much damn doe are they that good? what does Long R3 IGF do? and what does GH do that it is worth like 2grand for enough for like 5months

I love GH, but LR3 is amazing for changing body composition in a short period of time. The pumps are awesome. Appetite goes way up. vascularity and muscle hardness increase. Well worth the money.
GH really isn't as expensive as it appears...there are tons of avenues to get it cheap...do not PM me please.
