What is wrong with this generation and drug usage?

Hi everyone,

As mentioned previously, was a lurker in these forums for multiple years doing research before I ever took AAS or even made an account. After that, when I felt reasonably well equipped to give some advice, I joined in. The nice thing about this place is you don’t ever have to ask stupid ass questions because the search bar helps you greatly. However, I need a more concrete answer to the question posed in my thread title.

Why are kids with borderline eating disorder stats hopping on gear so openly like it’s ok?
Why are they choosing retarded things like test P for their first cycle and subsequent cruises?
Do they think they will follow ED injection protocols? (Nope)
What’s this obsession with drugs like Accutane, Fin, Duta, and Minoxidil?
Some of the peptide stacks, fucking really? 10 peptides at once?
The usage of oral steroids — should we even go there?

Is this trolling or legitimate?

There’s never a single mention of drugs I have learned about such as Ezetimibe, Telmisartan, Pitavastatin, etc… that keep us from dying young. They are always drugs regarding hair loss, acne, looks etc… And also, I’m not necessarily advocating for or against usage of those drugs at the age many of these posters are at, but AAS can be a lifelong commitment and these are important things to learn about if you plan on injecting yourself for the decades to come.

Also worth mentioning — I take Accutane and know that hair loss mitigation drugs have their place. However, if I found out my kid was taking the same drugs I buy on an Internet forum they would dig themselves a 6 foot hole into an intensive therapy hospital. It’s concerning as all hell. And many of you know, when a kid says they are 18-19, they really aren’t.

Has this always been happening? Are we just more exposed to it in the digital age? Is it a parenting issues? Social media issue? Both?

Wondering what the Meso members think, because I’m done responding to retarded threads.

Fuck yourself up young and learn these lessons while you can rebound, kids.

I don't think irresponsible drug use by young people is anything new. Think back to highschool or college and ask yourself how many of the kids doing drugs or alcohol were thinking about the safest way to use drugs, how to be responsible, or long term impacts. We've had young people acting dumb for generations.

You need another 250 mg of oil

Administer till symptom gone
Not sure what you mean by this, but assuming you’re coming at me?

I’m just asking an honest question, because what I’ve been seeing is highly concerning for a harm-reduction board.

Not here to fight or argue with anyone, my man. With all this information, I would assume kids wouldn’t have to be asking these questions, but rather making the right decisions.

Irresponsible drug use and dumb kids being dumb kids has always gone on to some extent, but it is also true that entropy is real and societies age, degrade, and die over time just like people do. Any scientific inquiry of empires throughout history will show that they last for about 10 generations or 250 years, and here we are. There's a reason it's called Gen Z.

We used to have God as our higher purpose, then a shared vision of the American Dream, and now we have... looksmaxxing. We're drawn in the direction of whatever it is we're looking up towards, and if what kids are looking up towards is Clavicular, well, there you go.

This is all nonsense. People haven't changed. Nothing has really changed except accessibility and marketing.

Today, all drugs can easily be had, near anonymously, via crypto. You can even have them sent to your parents home and most will think nothing of it. Just tell them its for a class science project or tell them its for acne. Its not like the stuff is labeled.

When it got easy, so did the opportunity to market them from a soap box for clicks. Then you had a snowball effect that built on itself.

Frankly, id rather kids and brain-dead dolts do this than hard drugs or even alcohol. I dont encourage it, but they are going to do something to feel empowered and rebellious, so its this or something that is likely worse. Will they hurt themselves? Probably yea but that was going to happen anyway by definition of "brain-dead dolts."

Its what happens when science based lifters meet Redditers who think they are endocrinologists.

You'd assume the average cycle would be testosterone, exemstane and telmisartan.

But like you said it's a bunch of random shit. The peptides are seen as innocuous and safe when peptide drugs are the most dangerous class of drugs we use. Besides DNP or Clenbuterol.

So you get underweight kids taking HGH and reta, doing microdosing of test and going to the gym and doing isolation exercises. I've not seen a single you kid pick up a barbell. Anyway

As someone who is in their 20s (late Gen Z) and on AAS, I feel qualified to throw in my 2 cents.
We grew up in an environment where free time during our developmental years was centered on experiencing instant gratification. Whether it was the social media content we consume or the video games we played, the same themes resonate throughout what we spend time on.
Quick, easy to do, satisfying, and accessible.
That alone should explain why my generation is hopping on without putting serious thought into it.
This is obviously a broad generalization but I think there is truth within it.

Social media lives or dies on engagement, everything is about the next dopamine hit to drive ads into eyeballs. It results in a culture of mogging, looksmaxxing ie competitive narcissism. We also have a generation where the vast majority have never really known hardship or poverty and many expect their parents hard work, blood sweat and tears and successes to be hand to them on a silver platter.

The west often feels like watching the fall of Rome in real time.

We all share a spiritual sickness that manifests in different ways. Many people don't realize they are filling a God sized hole within themselves with worldly passions.

Lots of misinformation on TikTok spread by people who have never used Steriods. Like these 16 year old nattys will be telling other 16 year old nattys what drugs to take and what they do .but 9/10 times they are literally just spewing complete misinformation

Nothing has really changed. We just now have “influencers” broadcasting their every bad decision. And like most teenagers, they copy behavior. It’s all super amplified now with socials.

personally, I’m very open about my use. I made those bad decisions when I was younger. Thank God it didn’t do anything crazy besides fuck with my harmone levels thus the lifetime of TRT I am on. Unfortunately, most of my friends growing up in that crowd can’t say the same. My kids will be fully educated about it. There will come a point and time they will need to make that decision for themselves.

A big reason is the ifluencers on tiktok/instagram promoting these things for a big paycheck by their sponsors. Money has always blown ethics out of the water. Just look at how many girls are doing onlyfans now. In this generation everything is about instant gratification. Our dopamine receptors are being fried beyond repair by social media. Our brains are being rewired. It's the sad truth. Even the older generation are being impacted by this shift in things. But the most damage is on the newer generations.

I think every one answered it pretty well on here. Combination of many things. But I think it primarily stems from horrible influences on social media like Clavicular, and ease of access becuase of crypto and the internet.

This is not like anything we've seen before. Yes, kids are dumb like always, but in the age of social media, the dumbest of them all (influencers) can reach and influence kids at unprecedented levels.

This is the primary driver of these ideologues, and I think is responsible for significant mental and physical damage to thousands of young men.
