What is your hcg dose on trt?

I'm fluctuating between 250iu twice a week or 250iu once a week.

Too much hcg and my nuts actually get smaller it's stupid but how do u guys personally dose hcg?

Also have you guys used gondaorelin? that's what the compounding pharmacies have been using lately

Which one do u guys recommend?

I'm waiting for my hcg to arrive, but from what i've gathered 250iu eod is a pretty standard dose. As with everything, your need will be individual.

good dose. 250-500EOD is typically what the literature shows mostly closely mimics 'natty' production

Personally, I ran 250Iu once a week for a year and never noticed a size change.. This was sufficient in keeping size however IMO I noticed the more sexually active I was the more HCG I needed so now I am at 250Iu 2x Weekly..

The pharmacy's are using what now? Gonadorelin is GnRh, that's for stimulation of pituitary to stimulate LH production. It needs to be delivered through the whole day in app 2h intervals and you also need a serm to block the e2 receptor in order for this to work. That is totally possible to do and people have done it before, but you need a pump or something, like an insulin pump, in order to deliver the gonadorelin every 2h ...

A proper hcg routine has already been posted, so I wont comment to much about it. But do know that test in it self, in larger quantities, is able to stimulate spermatogenesis. This is why you might have fuller balls on 500mg test vs a trt dose.

I personally am very sensitive to acne from hcg's estrogen and usually, 125mg ed is all I can afford and even that can be to much. But anxiety and low libido start creeping up if I go much lower ...

Yeah for me I am very sensitive to hcg for some reason if I take too much my balls shrivel up and I feel like shit. Once a week at 250 seems enough for me but my balls are still pretty small I can't seem to get them to grow back to pre trt size that's the one problem I am having.

I took 250iu hcg twice this week and after the first shot I felt good after the second shot my balls really started to shrivel up I hate that feeling idk how to describe it. It sucks.

I gotta figure this shit out but otherwise I am doing great strength wise.
