What pressure to use in a bottle top filter?

I wanted to know how much pressure a filtration membrane can withstand in a bottle top filtration system...

I am not sure what they are rated for but i try and keep it between 15 and 18 psi. I beleive i got that from @Heavy Iron If not then apologize for the tag heavy .

Why would you ask me thus question?? I'm saying I personally use that pressure to filter with.. and I told you who suggested that pressure.. that's what works for me.. or did you think I was just lying to you?
