Hello,
you might to excuse my bad English.
I live in Europe and the female’s bodybuilders do not want to discuss steroids.
So it’s very difficult to get the right information.
I also do not find good studies on this subject. So now I found here at least
I'm 30 years old. Trained for ten years.
But now I feel I need some other help. Of course I take care of my food, recovery, sleep etc ...
I want a little more mass, i want even better recovery. My goal today is not to compete.
And if any day I would like it, it's in womens pshysique.
I have never used steroids. I have a bad liver (hepatitis C) and I am only interested in oils.
What would you recommend? How much? How long? And why just that?
