If you've never done aas before and you take 40mg Var ed you will notice some strength and leaning out....It will be better than any supplement you've used.
But unless you're lookin for a little strength boost without much size you'll probably be better off running test and dbol for max size and strength.
I'm assuming you want to get big? Var only is better suited to athletes with specific weight restrictions.
 
Var made me very strong. I ate a very strict diet and leaned out very quickly. Strength was comparable to Dbol to me without the bloat. I would use it again with a little Test thrown in. Good Stuff!
 
i am on a strict diet trying to l ean out.......so is 25 mg not enough for me then.....and how long does it take to start noticing strenght increases?

I run 20-40mg/day based on my goals and what I'm seeing in the gym.
Strength goes up for me pretty quick, I notice it during the first week actually. I usually run 40mg the first few days and taper down to as low as 20.
Give it a shot and see if you like the results. you can always add gear next week or on the next cycle.

thanks scrappy, im bumping up to 40 mg a day.....for like 4 days, then taper down again....i have only been doing like 20-25 for 6 days.....

If your restricting your calories by a good amount then almost ANY amount of AAS will help you hold on to your muscle since you natural test levels will most likely be suppressed by lack of calories.

I assume you just want to preserve your muscle and strength while you shed the fat? If you looking for more of an 'anti-catabolic' rather than an 'anabolic' 20-40mg/day Oxandrolone should do the trick. Good luck. -ES
 
I noticed significant strength gains as well as leaning up on 25mg. per day. This is something since I'm a big boy already and have done quite a few cycles. I like var-I'd add a little tes too for best results. Greg B.
 
how long does it take before seeing results... like how many days /weeks before i should start seeing results...
