what to expect on t3

i was wondering what to expect if taking t3 for 1 month.......at 25 mcg e/d.....never have taken it before but looking to lose some weight......

Try diet and cardio first bro . You dont want to go fucking with the thyroid if you are already producing your own . I have a method of telling if the Thyroid hormone is stil being produced thats worked really well . I would cut my carbs back as far as i could, until my own T3 production would stop. That was always my preferred way of dieting and maximizing my fat loss.
Get a thermometer and start taking your Waking body temp, and write it down somewhere. Over a few days ( i 'd advise a week ) you will see that your basal temp will be very consistant, 98.6,98.7,98.6.98.6 then when you your own natural thyroid production decreases, you will notice a very stark change in that temp, like a .4-.6 'f . so you'll be 98.6,98.7,98.6,98.6 then 97.8 .Thats the sign your t3 is on the decline. increase your carb intake over the day and check your temp again on waking the next day . Keep doing this until you kow the minimal carbs you can take in given your activity level and maintain your own T3 . This is the fastest way i know without fucking with my thyroid, but the low carbs will definately cost you some muscle density and hardness.

In answering your question, exogenous T3 makes me sweat a little more, but i have never done only 25mcg's ed .

i have been doing the low carb/cardiio....i have lost about 25 lbs off of it......and im at a sticking point.....should i just some clen instead of t3.......
 
Where are your carbs at ? Gimme us a rundown on a typical days diet and your Stats. Clen works well , yes. Staying in thermogenesis is the Key .

All the clen in the world wont keep your body warm enough to mobilize fat without some thyroid . I would really check your temp and get a handle on your bodies own production before adding T3 .Just my personal experience though .
 
T-3 for a month and only at 25mcg per day, wow. In a month most bros would start out with 25mcg and the over a period of weeks slowly move up to 100 mcg and then taper back down to 25mcg. At 100 mcg you will be sweating your a$$ off.
