Whats a succesful cycle wieght wise?

I have gainned 14 lbs in 10 weeks. My goal was 22 lbs which would have got me to 200lbs. I was shooting test enthate and decca 300... I would think 20 lbs would be a good cycle what do you guys think?


Also I wanted to add I have gained 14 with about 3-4 weeks of prop left, well my question was why can't i tell i have gainned 14lbs? doesn't even look like I'm that much bigger!!! I look like I'm 5 lbs bigger not 14 but weight wise it is 14!!!
 
it all depends on the person - also diet and I dont mean protein alone - I mean carbs and fats and in some cases even sugery foods.

Eating clean is great but sometimes for major bulk you have to eat everything.

I would say 14 pounds is good though if you retain it.
 
It's funny how newbies think 15 pounds will make a big difference in their appearance. Then after gaining 15 pounds, they realize they don't look any bigger and none of their friends can tell the difference.

Don't worry, we all go through the same thing. I remember when I was first starting out at 150 and thought if I could somehow put on 20 pounds of muscle and get to 170, I would be so buffed out.

I did it naturally over several years but when I got there, was I ever disappointed. Then I thought 180 would do it, Nope. And that was a rock hard 180 at 5'7".

That's when I decided it was time to do the juice. It wasn't until I hit 200 that I felt like I was "big". BUT, that only lasted a short time. Now I feel small at anything less than 220.

Just remember, it's the years of training and eating, not the steroids, that will get you where you want to go.

14lbs. if its mostly muscle is not that bad. What good is 40 lbs of fat. You do that twice a year over a period of time, 3-5 yrs and then compare to were you started. I think you'll be pleased...........11
 
bro do you ever think that maybe thats 14 lbs gained of muscle and alot of bf lost? id rather always do a lean muscle cycle than a true bulker or total cutter. no point in my opinion of the up and down fluctuation.
