Whats up brothers, on a couple other boards, @mands told me i needed to migrate over to hear for some good shit.
Anyway, not new to this game, on a pretty heavy cycle right now currently sittin at 274lbs and standing 5'6 with a breeze behind me on a good day. bf has been creeping up slowly, 18%. not bad on an 8k calorie diet.

Hoping to find some good stuff on here, happy to be here.

Welcome my friend you are one big son of a bitch. Im 5'5 no where near your weight closest I ever got was on a very high cycle and that was around 2 years back. Even then I only got to 212lb at 9% body fat I can't imagine the effort you have put into yourself man. Welcome to mesos brother!
