I know that gear is a class 3 controled sub. does anyone know the average penalties for a personal supply.

Its highly variable and can depend on what state youre in, whether its prosecuted as a local or federal case, how close you are to a school or sports venue, and so on.

For a first time offense, I would guess that most places would give you a fine and suspended sentance.
