What’s the most boring and crappiest place to live or visit in the US?

I’m thinking along the lines of very tiny towns in areas like Wyoming, Alaska or the Dakotas where there is next to nothing to do.

In your travels or adventures what was the most boring place you visited or have travelled to in the United States where you couldn’t wait to get out of?

I passed thru Arizona and New Mexico when traveling to Las Vegas. Pretty bland seeing desert landscape, definitely wouldn't want to live there. Didn't get a chance to sight see what they have to offer, just my passing thought.

Goshen, IN was the most boring. Gary, IN was the place I wanted to get out of the quickest- was a damn war zone... so I’d call Gary the crappiest

New Orleans Louisiana! Absolute cesspool of degenerates and shitbags, nothing but rain, streets smell like piss and vomit, crackheads everywhere! I know it’s not a small city but let me tell ya, never in my life had I wanted to gtfo of a place so bad. We actually left 2 days early to return home because the place was such a dump! Graffiti everywhere, streets full of potholes, even the historic places like the above ground cemeteries are grown up and full of dirty needles and crackpipes lying around. Oh yea, and everyone I came across was a damn asshole. Fuck New Orleans and the shit it breeds, I’ll never return there unless I absolutely have to and I would never recommend anyone to visit there and if you do please pack a pistol!

The WW2 museum was the only thing in New Orleans that was really badass! And the food sucked too, ppl rant and rave abt the food but I’ve had much better seafood in places like Florida and Charleston. Pos city that it is, next time it floods don’t rebuild it, just let it all wash away straight to hell!

I worked in New Orleans for a few months last year right after the hurricane and I have to agree with a lot of this. Worst roads I’ve ever been on for sure. I got a different take on the people though. What I do for work I see people at their worst. People that have just lost everything including loved ones in some cases and having worked all over the country I have to say I found the people I encountered in New Orleans to be some of the kindest, most beautiful people I have come across in all my years.
I will drive around Atlanta, GA any chance I can lol

I'm glad you saw beautiful ppl, cause most of what I saw were crackheads lying around in the streets, prostitutes and drunks. The world would be more beautiful without em'..... fuck em!!! Now Mississippi on the other hand was beautiful, the swamp boat tour was the shit!!

Nebraska, couldn't find a single thing to do on our cross-country road trip. This is the only state where we can't find anything. Went to the worst state park in town

Barstow, California
I was at a gas station going through barstow literally the middle of no where, between Las Vegas and la, and a guy with his family came up to me crying that he lost his wallet, and was stuck. Being the sucker that I am I filled his gas tank in his car.

I always wondered what people do for money there?

The Grand Canyon was pretty cool.
