I go by 49ER been on various forums 4 years just cant seem to find a home or a place to kick it and fuck around. Not sure whos over here but came to check it out hopefully meet some new people.

About me training 10 years powerlifting 1 year juicing 4 years. Im 6ft late 30,s 285lbs i hold a state record in full power bench and deadlift as a single lift categorie in my age and weight class. Well glad to be accepted here hopefully i can contribute.
