Whats up everyone?

I am 22 years old living in Edmonton, AB, Canada.

I have been looking into this lifestyle for a few years now just out of interest.
I know this will make me look selfish on this forum ( already asking for advice without contributing much but...)

Recently I got my blood work done because I had symptoms of low testosterone. Extreme lack of confidence, always feeling lazy and tired, mental fog, no more spontaneous erections even in the morning.
I can't even go as hard as I used to in the gym.

Here are my numbers ( in brakets will be the "normal" range on the report)

AM was done at 9 in the morning after a 11 hour fast and PM was done at 4 pm.

TSH = 1.67 mU/L ( 0.2 - 4.0)
Cortisol AM = 17.2 ug/dL (4.3 - 22)
Cortisol PM = 8.2 ug/dL ( 3.1 - 16.7)
Testosterone AM = 533 ng/dL ( 297 - 850)
Testosterone PM = 300 ng/dL ( 230 - 770)
Estradiol = 26 pg/ml ( < 54 )
FSH = 5.2 mU/ml ( < 7)
LH = 3.3 mU/ml (<12)

Fasting glucose worried me at 5.5 nmol/L ( 3.3 -6)

I have a few other things like cholestrol and stuff, if anyone wants me to put up.

So LH is really low, and testosterone in PM is really low. AM testosterone is OK.

ALSO side note, notice the upper range is only uptil 850. From all ive read before, in the USA its like 1200. I feel like this means Canadian men are bigger pussies than American because if my test was 1000 in Canada it would be considered too high and doctor would give me drugs to lower it, while in the USA it is still normal.

I feel like I should get something to increase LH rather than exogenous testosterone therapy.

Thanks for your input.

What your seeing is the natural fluctuations in available test the body produces daily. None of which are really considered low T. If you want to be a part of this lifestyle don't come around here asking for permission to do it. Ultimately it's your decision and nobody is gonna hold your hand thru it. If you ask me your symptoms are likely a character issue instead of a low T issue
