I am new here and wanted to get started off right.

34 years old, 205 pounds, bf% guess 15-18%, 17 years in weight training.

Started lifting and around 16-17 years for football and quickly became addicted to it. I was constantly chasing my max and gained power and size very quickly. I was 105 pounds on my 7th grade football team and that didn't last long. In 2 years I probably put on 80 pounds of solid muscle. Also benching 405 at that time with no steroid use. I was just tired of getting teased all the time about being little, so I read up on diet and training and the rest was history.

I am still hanging in there ,but no longer train for size, just pretty much maintenance. Like I mess around a lot because I get board. Example of today's work out

Flat bench- 225lbs x 28 225lbs x 20 225lbs x 15 225 lbs x 10 just burning it out
incline dumbbell, same kind of thing 80 lbs x23 then 18 then 16
decline flyes same shit

Sometimes I will do workouts like this---pull ups till failure, 5-10 sec rest, then to failure agian, then 5-10 rest, then again. Basically just waiting for the burn to stop, which happens in seconds. GOD HELP ME IM BORED! Anyhow, I have done every workout in the book and I just want to have fun again. I have been reading a lot about AAS and might dive that way in the future, but no hurry at all, just living life man. I still have looots of reading to do. Anyways thanks for reading.
