Hey guys,
Absolutely new here, but I plan on running my first steroid cycle next summer, so I'm trying to absorb as much knowledge as I can. I've been on other boards and know pretty much all the basics, what I'm primarily interested in is getting a hold on a good source in Canada and I've seen very interesting threads on this board about that and was pretty impressed with the community overall.
Background story: I started lifting about 5 years ago, started at 130 lbs and now sitting at 180 lbs. Haven't been consistent throughout, but I've seen good gains whenever I found the time to spend on training. I'm 6'3'' and need to eat 3300+ calories to see decent gains. I'm finishing my degree this year and have little time for cooking and everything so I'm curious to see if you guys have any suggestions to hit that goal as effortlessly as possible. Let's say that I'm relying heavily on peanut butter right now. I want to gain 5-10 pounds before the start of my cycle and get the ball rolling for my diet, so any advice is appreciated.
