I have problems with squat form.One the wany down and the way up it seems like I always lean slightly to the right and my hips are sometimes shaky.it always happens when i come to a weight were i really have to bust my ass to get the required reps/sets.I think somewhere there is a weak muscle group.
Also ive recently switched to putting the bar lower on my back instead of my traps and Ive had a sore back(lower) for about 2 days after squatting.Should i sitch back to my regular bar placement?
