Just curious what people around here use as their go to preworkout under the assumption most of the members on this forum use preworkout. My current favorite preworkout is "Mesomorph" by APS Nutrition, the rocket pop flavor

In the past therapeutic dose of coca leaf flour(its like methylphenidate) but didnt like,too much cognitive sides,bad sleep.I guess that jack3d is similar.Anyway jack3d is not allowed in my country,however its very easy to get it but the hospital will not give u the best service bc the court judgment against this sh*t.

Depends on the PWO.I've never tried a "preworkout" supplement in my life! I'm open to the idea of trying one someday but it's not a priority, I think because I started working out before the pre-workout supplement craze began so I never felt the need to start, it's like finding a solution for a problem I've never had. Not sure if I'm missing much? Do you guys find your workouts are much different whether or not you take a preworkout supplement?
I'm about to make my own Preworkout, basing it off of Mr Hyde's blend, with the exception that I'll be adding the same amount of DMAA that was in the original jack3d.
Just bought enough bulk shit for 2,500 scoops and I think I'm into it like 70 bucks.
