when to take bloods pinning eod

i pin eod before bed when should i take bloods. also is lipid, full blood count, CRP, kidney, liver, free/total test, e2 and SHBG enough. thanks

Before a cycle starts is a good time to get tested for a baseline. Then depending on how long the cycle is every month or 1/2-2/3 of the way through. And again a month or 2 post cycle to see if there is still any long term issues. But most do less testing then that. Just depends on why you are testing and how much you are interested in your health.
