Yeah I was thinking the same thing Ebay/Amazon
if customs even ban Ethyl Oleate which is safe and has so many uses, even cosmetics and foodstuff,
Europe has became a total enterprise-killing, socialist hell and deserve anything bad that happens to them.
Just venting out

So yeah
Ebay/Amazon may be the best way
because even if you find a local chemical supplier:
1 they may ask you for some business license
2 they may sell only by the drum

What about a courier/parcel-forwarding company specialized in Internet purchases?
Places where you get a PO Box or even a physical address in the States, buy have it shipped there, then they forward it and do customs clearance in your country?
It's pretty affordable for small and light packages.
They can use their Paypal account for the purchase, so you just pay cash at their local office.

A courier/parcel-forwarding, for example the "number 1 company" stackry.com, the cheapest service for 250 ml is 38 $ on their simulator; iam not interested in wasting 40$ just in shipping gonna keep searching;
