I have always used whey concentrate since its much cheaper than the isolate.But i have heard that isolate is much better and results in better gains.What do you guys think? Is it worth the extra money?

It depends on your goals, not just the quality of protein. A quickly digesting protein wouldnt be the best choice right before bed or while someone is dieting. In both instances, whey or caseinate would be better choices. For post-wo, iso is probably the best choice. But as Zeo said, there wont be any marked difference in results between the two.
