"Whey" too much protein?

Hi,

I was wondering what percentage of protein from whey / protein supplement shakes is too much? I know real food is best but supplements help me hit my numbers.

Currently, I'm consuming 954 calories of protein (1.5 grams per body weight = 240 grams total) and 80 to 100 grams is coming from whey. Do you think that's too much and if not, how much can I consume from whey? I heard up to 25% of my protein can come from shakes.

So you weigh around 654lbs?? Yeah I'd say 954 grams of protein is over doing it for anyone!!!!!!!!! 3,816 calories are just from protein, damn, eating half a cow every day?? You must be massive, what hauls your ass around every day???
